Sylvia Guerra, MTS
Sylvia earned her Bachelor of Arts in Religion at University of Rochester and her Master of Theological Studies with a concentration in Comparative Religion at Harvard Divinity School. She is currently completing a pre-medical post-baccalaureate program at the Harvard Extension School, and she looks forward to applying for medical school admission in 2015.
Her academic interests lie at the intersection of religion and medical ethics in the context of an increasingly secular world. She is particularly interested in the spiritual care of members of minority religions in the US, as well as those whose religious and/or spiritual practices may not conform to traditional categories of religiosity.
