Most of the expenses for the trip will be covered. We will cover transportation (flight and Metro) and group accommodations for three nights. You will be responsible for your food/drinks and all other personal expenses.
We will fly to DC on Monday evening (4/23) and return to Boston on Thursday evening (4/26).
Here's what we require of you in exchange for this opportunity:
1) You MUST be a GSAS PhD student to apply.
2) You're interested in science policy.
3) You will participate in the entire trip. If you do not comply, we will fine you to cover the cost of the trip.
4) You will participate actively during every meeting, and you will write a report on at least one of these visits.
