The Past and Present of Southeast Asia is a forum for scholarly research on various aspects of Southeast Asia, from pre-modern to contemporary issues. This program is co-sponsored by the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences and Harvard University Asia Center, and it will host a range of graduate students and senior scholars whose works address this theme throughout the year. All talks are free and open to the public. We look forward to seeing you at our events during the 2019-2020 academic year!
