Planned Campus Wide Network Outage, Sunday, Sept 25, 2016, 6 a.m. -­ 2:00 p.m. EDT

Outage Reason:   HMS/HSDM Campus Wide Network Maintenance
Description:
This is the final step of the HMS/HSDM campus wide network upgrade. Each building will be moved to the newer and faster network.
There will be NO network connectivity during this period. Please plan accordingly.                                                                                                                        
Who is Impacted:
Everyone on campus!
•    You will not be able to access the internet, wireless network, file servers, or email, from any building on the quad.
•    You will not be able to log in via remote access from off campus.
Any software or hardware used on campus that relies on the HMS/HSDM network or internet services, will NOT FUNCTION.                       
Recommendations:
•    Log off from all networked services prior to Sunday, September 25 at 6:00 a.m.
•    If you have difficulty reconnecting to an IT service after 2 p.m. on Sunday, September 25, please restart your computer.
