Dr. Bilikisu Reni Elewonibi leads the work for the Willows Impact Evaluation in Tanzania as a research associate at the Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health in the Department of Global Health and Population. Dr. Elewonibi holds a PhD in Health Policy and Administration and Demography from the Pennsylvania State University and an MPH in Health Management and Policy from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Before coming to Harvard, her research focused on understanding how the built, social and cultural environments influence access to preventive health services and health behaviors of women in different countries. She has worked on projects in Nigeria, Senegal, Barbados, Jamaica, South Africa, and India as well as with minority and immigrant populations in the U.S.
