Dr. Sia Msuya is a medical doctor with specialist training in epidemiology, public health, sexually transmitted infections, HIV/AIDS program prevention and management, and in maternal and newborn health. She is currently the Director of Institute of Public Health of Kilimanjaro Christian Medical University College (KCMUCo), Moshi, Tanzania, an associate Professor at the college, coordinator of MD undergraduate research and epidemiology and Head of Community Health Department at KCMC hospital. She is the Principal Investigator of the Willows Impact Evaluation in Tanzania and a CO-PI of THRIVE 2 Consortium at KCMC.

Over twelve years, she has worked with health systems in developing countries, with a special focus on programs in HIV/AIDS prevention, care and treatment, prevention of mother-to-child, HIV transmission & in maternal and newborn health.
