Prior to the conference on 3/23/12 Adam Glynn, Teppei Yamamoto, Dustin Tingley, and Tyler VanderWeele, taught a short course attended by over 100 students. The course walked through the foundations of studying causal mechanisms as well as introduced several software programs for conducting empirical analyses of causal mechanisms.
