Elizabeth received her B.S at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in integrated pest management and her M.S at the University of Maryland in Entomology studying parasitoid wasps as biological control agents. Previously, she has worked in curation at the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History in Washington D.C, and also studied howler monkey behavior at La Suerte Rainforest Conservancy. Elizabeth joined the Pan Lab as a data analyst in 2023 and is interested in exploring data visualization to reach a broad audience. Her main research interests include zoonotic and insect-vectored diseases utilizing a one health approach.
