Next Gen C.O.U.R.A.G.E Workshop Series with CAMHS 2021

Next Gen C.O.U.R.A.G.E Workshop Series with CAMHS

Join us during the month of November for a four-week values exploration virtual (Zoom) workshop experience designed to help you learn how to navigate life's moments of difference and difficulty by connecting to and leaning on your values.

This workshop series is led by CAMHS clinician Stephanie dos Santos and will cover a variety of supportive and affirming exercises, techniques and strategies that make up the acronym C.O.U.R.A.G.E. and will help you more readily connect to your inner values system. Your values are a part of who you are and probably a big part of what got you to Harvard today. Reconnecting with them can energize you as you work to achieve your goals!

Sign up below to confirm interest, availability, and receive details about this virtual workshop series. We will use information share to schedule the series when most attendees are available. Please include your email so we can contact you with information.

***Who are Next Gen Students? We're the first in our families to pursue a degree (college/graduate/professional) in the U.S. and/or are from underresourrced or historically underserved communities. Next Gen students are FGLI+, Undocumented, Dacamented, TPS, and FGLI international students.

While there is no universal Next Gen student experience, the Next Gen Initiative aims to align, consolidate, and enhance Harvard's resources and institutional support for each of these communities to create a more equitable and inclusive campus.
