Foreigner: Visit? What do you mean?

BRAC HRLS Officer: I pay a visit to the client, to check how she is doing.

Foreigner: To her home?

BRAC HRLS Officer: Yes, unannounced.

Foreigner: And so what does the visit look like, what happens?

BRAC HRLS Officer: I come in, don’t accept any refreshments, and I have at least a 15 minute conversation with her to check in and to see how she is doing.
